Despite an over 40 year campaign funded by corporations and anti labor PAC’s, who have been emboldened by the 2010 Citizens United vs FEC decision that unleashed limits on campaign financing, to discredit and weaken organized labor, membership in unions is increasing and more and more workers are looking to organize. The Biden administration’s unilateral actions, including issuing union friendly executive orders, have been significant steps towards the expansion of union membership.

Already, the administration’s actions could be paying off for organized labor.
