“Our democracy needs your help.”

That’s the call to action by respected lawyer, and former chairman of the United States Federal Election Commission, Trevor Potter. He spoke eloquently at the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University Bloomington on Constitution Day, September 17, 2019.  His presentation, “The Roberts Court’s Wrong Turns on Campaign Finance, Gerrymandering, and Voting Rights,” described pressing constitutional challenges to our democracy. Potter founded the Campaign Legal Center (CLC) in 2002, an organization that demands enforcement of the laws protecting our democracy.
