After the Roberts Supreme Court ruled that unlimited money was protected speech in 2010, outside money flooded the 2012 election cycle in Indiana. The result was a supermajority in Indiana that not only gerrymandered voting districts to keep themselves in power, but also listens to its donors and not the voters. 

And those donors are after our public school tax dollars! 

If Senate Bill 305 passes this 2023 legislature your tax monies will go to parents and not schools. Without accountability or any public oversite. And our public education is the cornerstone of democracy.
