It’s no surprise that the just-released ISTEP-Plus test results will show performance gaps “between white students and students of color, between poor and non-poor students, and between English learners and native English speakers.”  And while Indiana’s online schools are taking public tax dollars away from addressing these gaps, their performance is also weak when they are even able to get their students to take the test.
