The Brennan Center for Justice has announced a “bold pledge” for Supreme Court reform, including  initiatives for research, public education, and advocacy of such reforms as term limits and enforceable ethics rules. It also emphasizes Congressional ability to rein in Presidential power by clearly defining constitutional boundaries, and countering big money in politics by repairing the system. The Center also means to discuss how the Supreme Court affects state courts.
