Voucher expansion helps those already in private schools

Ever since Citizens United v. FEC undid centuries of campaign-finance law, Indiana has been inundated by out-of-state contributions to those politicians willing to take education tax dollars away from the majority of our students under the false flag of “choice.”  Currently, Hoosiers are subsidizing schools who cherry pick their students with roughly $500 million tax dollars a year.
